ALTERNATIVES to dairy are booming right now. Millions of us are going vegan, have allergies, are lactose intolerant or simply cutting down on milk products.

Today we look at some of the options on the market, good and not so good, as well as the best beauty potions and formulas.

I tried this in my coffee machine and it really did froth up. Plus I really liked the slightly sweet oaty taste. I would definitely use this again.

GROUNDED’s Protein Chocolate Milkshake is a dairy-free, plant-based drink with organic cocoa powder and creamy coconut milk.
