Geordie Shore favourite Sophie Kasaei has opened up on a a time from her past when she was in a “bad place.”
The gorgeous 31 year old said she had “£10 in her bank account,” but she had “too much pride” to ask family or friends for help.
Sophie told OK!: “I remember there was one point a few years ago I was in such a bad place and I woke up and I had £10 in my bank.
“I thought maybe I’ll ask Charlotte [Crosby] to lend me some money or my dad, but I had too much pride to ask, and the press were saying I was a multimillionaire and I was thinking, 'no I’ve got £10 in my bank'.
“I really struggled and I had nothing, and then I went to the Geordie Shore reunion show and it all shot up again, but I really know what it’s like to struggle in the public eye.
“We’ve got to live up to a rich, famous and luxurious lifestyle.”
Sophie, who recently jetted off on a fun holiday with pals, candidly admitted that she has lived with a “negative and depressive” mindset in her past, but the brunette beauty admitted she now wants to help others.
The reality star has recently launched an epic Boss B*tch planner, and the new venture will aim to help others who’ve struggled with anxiety.
Sophie, who has a whopping two million Instagram followers on Instagram, launched the planner in June and the 60 page must-have features everything from inspiring quotes to self care tips.
Discussing the reasons behind her new venture, Sophie said: “In lockdown, I really, really struggled. I had no work, no job, nothing and my only way to get through that was by writing a diary of what I am going to do with the day.
“So I thought, you know what maybe there’s something here. I’ve already got my platform for when it comes to anxiety and weight loss and I thought well let’s go down this road and help people.
“I wanted to help people. In the journal you’ve got things like manifestation. I believe I’ve manifested things in my life. And you’ve got who you can call when you’re feeling certain emotions, to a mood tracker and five year plan, so where you want to be in five years, and food trackers. It’s got literally everything and there are so many different pages.
“It also has a diary bit where you can put your day to day. My main focus is to help the younger generation mostly.

“Journals help so much. I’ve had anxiety and I’ve learnt a lot over the ten years. I’ve spoken to therapists and a lot of the other girls have dealt with a lot of trauma and issues too, and we’ve all been through quite a lot.
“From my experiences I can help people and I know I can. The younger generation have so much anxiety and stress because of social media. I didn’t have social media that much until about 25, so it’s important to write down what you’re grateful for and what you love and what you want to change. You can have it your bedroom and go back and look at it.”
Opening up on her past struggles, Sophie, who recently wowed fans with her new hair do, added: “The way I used to be was really negative and depressive in my mindset. It runs in the family and I do think it’s quite hereditary. It stems from my grandma and stuff, and I really wanted to change.
“I used to think really negatively about myself and what I had and I wasn’t grateful.”
Sophie’s Boss B*tch planner is available now from Sophie's website and priced at £14.99.
