Jacqueline Jossa hits back at fat-shaming troll who says she has ‘double chin’ amid weight loss journey

Jacqueline Jossa has hit back at a cruel troll who messaged her on Instagram to cruelly fat-shame her.

Former EastEnders star Jacqueline, 28, shared a screenshot of the message she had received from the cruel troll and shared her response.

The troll messages Jacqueline after she shared a gorgeous photo Jacqueline had shared of herself and wrote: “You getting fat”.

To which Jacqueline, who was recently forced to deny using filters on clips of her and her daughter Ella, then hit back as she sarcastically wrote: “Oo really, you think? I think I’ve lost some weight.,. But you would know best babe”. [sic]

The troll then responded with: “You sure you got a double chin” to which Jacqueline said: “I’m the picture above you think I have a double chin? Really.. Oo thanks”.

She then sent the troll a photo of herself where she deliberately moved her head down to create a pretend double chin.

Jacqueline then wrote in another message: “Think this has a double chin… not the one above… but thanks so much for your concern,” before adding “stay cute” and a single kiss.

But, the troll attempted to have the last word as they said: “You to babe” before adding: “Keep up with the weight loss”.


“Will do it just for you darling” Jacqueline, who recently hinted at hopes for baby number three, then sarcastically fired back.

Jacqueline is no stranger to trolling and has previously shared cruel messages after opening up about her weight loss.

She shared a screenshot of a string of nasty messages she had received from one Instagram used in response to her modelling clothes from her In The Style collection.

The onslaught of messages read: “still a long way to go with the weight loss eh chunky!”

“You kill me – least unflattering outfit on you! And what the f**k does 'super super easy mean'?.” [sic]

The messages went on: “Hahahaha size of your gut [sic],” and: “You wouldn't know classy if it hit you round the face.

“Which is probably what Dan's k**b is doing to some other woman right now… Your massive chin! Like your massive thighs! No wonder he cheats.”

Jacqueline then told her followers as she wrote on top of the shocking screenshots: “This is the sort of sit we have to put up with… even now, where we all know how important it is to be kind… so many are still so so vile. [sic]

“Obvs I blocked and deleted but for a moment too long it hurt. It made me doubt myself. That isn't okay.” [sic]

Jacqueline has recently opened up on her lofestyle overhaul after she was quizzed by a fan how much weight she had lost.

Speaking in a video, she explained: “I don't actually know as of this week, I haven't looked, but over half a stone but I've got a while to go.

“I have tried to be as good as possible. You guys know I'm on a bit of a healthy reboot plan.

“I think we're going to be fine. I still feel really good and I definitely haven't eaten as much c**p as I would have during these times. So that's good isn't it.”
