James Haskell hopes daughter has wife Chloe Madeleys looks or shell be next top wrestler
James Haskell is clearly overjoyed to be becoming a dad for the first time with his wife Chloe Madeley, as he spoke about their exciting news at the live recording of his podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.
After co-host Alex Payne congratulated James, 36, and Chloe, 34, on the news that they will be becoming parents in the coming months, James gushed over Chloe being pregnant.
"It's very exciting. We're having a little girl. It will be mega," he shared with joy, before the audience gave a loud cheer and a round of applause.
I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!'s James continued: "I mean, let's hope she has her mother's looks because otherwise, she's going to be the next top wrestler!"
He continued: "Imagine if she comes into a room, sweet innocent, little mini potato Haskell – we haven't decided on a name but we'll go with potato – and she comes in and they go, 'Oh, your dad's James Haskell.'"
The former rugby union player was joined by Alex, 41, Benjamin Kayser, and Alex Jones to discuss all things rugby and the Six Nations at The Globe in Marylebone, London on Monday.
He added: "She'll be followed around her entire life with sharp intakes of breath like, 'Oooh.' She won't be allowed a phone ever, she'll be able to play back things I've said from Google!"
It comes after Richard Madeley's daughter opened up on feeling "so unwell" in her first pregnancy, revealing she also had "shockingly bad headaches".
Speaking about why she took a break from exercising, she wrote on Instagram: "In all honesty, I couldn’t for about two months because I was so unwell, Very sick, and shockingly bad headaches, but gradually I’ve been able to resume my training frequency over the last 2 to 3 weeks."
Chloe went on to tell her followers it is completely normal and encouraged to keep fit during pregnancy as it can bring great benefits.
"You are absolutely fine to continue on with what you were doing before you got pregnant. A few things might need to be tweaked," she added.

"No lying flat on your front or back, no high intensity workouts, no progressive overload, re-strength fitness, but it is perfectly healthy and beneficial to your pregnancy to continue on with your training."
Back in January last year, Chloe told OK! she was feeling "broody", but revealed she and James "weren't trying" to conceive at the time.
Telling us about their dog Bert, she shared: "I was starting to get broody and then we got him and he’s filled up all my broody space. But there is something about these little things covered in fat that I do love.
"We’re not not trying, but we’re also not trying. There is absolutely no pressure, but we’re also not doing everything we can to stay safe. Who knows what the next couple of years will bring."
She continued: "If it happened it would be a lovely surprise. I’ve watched that happen to my brothers and I think they’re very lucky because it doesn’t happen for everyone and it may not happen for me. We’ll see what happens."
The Globe pub transformed into an immersive, action-packed sports hub that recreates the iconic matchday stadium experience ahead of the Six Nations. Guests can book to visit for free here.
