After becoming a teenager, Princess Andre has launched her own YouTube channel.

The daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre launched her official YouTube channel on Monday with a six minute video.

During her first video, Princess confidently said of her famous parents: "They met on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Just a quick fact: me and Junior were the first children to be born from that show…

"I've been really wanting to start a YouTube channel during lockdown because there's nothing to do."

Katie showed her pride at Princess’ YouTube channel as she shared a clip on her Instagram account and wrote: “So my beautiful @officialprincess_andre has been wanting her own YouTube channel for so long and I’ve finally caved. I think she’s definitely going to be more popular than her mum lol.”

The 42 year old has revealed that Princess’ dad Peter was against her having her own YouTube channel at first, but soon came around to the idea.

As she shared all the pictures from Princess’ incredible 13th party in the latest issue of OK! magazine , Katie opened up on her daughter launching her YouTube channel.

“Princess has started her own YouTube channel, too, and I definitely see her going into the industry when she is older,” Katie says of her blonde lookalike. “I can see her being an influencer or an actress, but I think all my kids will probably be performers.”

She continued: “She was so excited about getting her own account. I said she could have one when she was 13. Pete [Andre, Princess’ dad] wasn’t too pleased about that at first though.”

Elaborating on why Peter wasn’t happy, Katie said: “Because Junior didn’t have Instagram until he was 14. But I explained that that was a couple of years ago and I am looking after Princess’ account, so it’s all fine.

"Pete is alright about it now. That’s what you do as parents, you discuss things, weigh up the pros and cons and then agree to disagree. No, seriously, we get on just fine and we are so proud of Princess and Junior.”

Asked whether she worries about Princess being on social media, given its dark side, mother-of-five Katie said: “Yes and no. Trolls are everywhere but I monitor the whole thing, Princess is also really sensible – she has insight that most girls her age don’t have and is wise beyond her years because of being a child in the public eye.

“I know what teenage girls can be like, but Princess isn’t like that. She’d never send nude selfies to anyone – she’s too smart.”
