Loose Women’s Nadia Sawalha strips down for empowering snaps to reveal ‘smoke and mirrors’ of Instagram

Nadia Sawalha has stripped down to her underwear to embrace her incredible natural body and highlight the “smoke and mirrors” of Instagram.

The 55 year old Loose Women star posted for the camera in a black-and-white leaf-patterned bra and a pair of black knickers with a lace trim around the top.

Nadia took several different photos in similar poses from different angles and with different lighting to highlight different camera tricks people use when taking photographs for Instagram.

The first comparison photo shows Nadia with her back to the camera as she smiles with her head turned to the side.
