Rihanna Featured On PartyNextDoor’s New Song ‘Believe It’

PartyNextDoor‘s sensual single, “Believe It,” a song from his new album PartyMobile, features Rihanna.

Rihanna took to Twitter to announce the release of song. “Believe it!! @partynextdoor album live!!!!” she wrote.

The song is about a strained relationship and how the lovers appeal to each other to believe in love.

“Best make me believe it/ Best make me believe it/ Believe you won’t deceive me,” PND and Rihanna sing in the chorus.

“First you gotta forgive me Let me know everything gon’ be okay/ Even if I come out with everything I did/ Would you still punish me even though I did it a long time ago?/ If so, let me know/ If I propose, would you say no?/ Would you break my heart?/ Would you embarrass me or play your part?” PND sings.

For Rihanna, the song is her first since the release of N.E.R.D. track “Lemon,” which came out in 2017. Her last album was Anti in 2016.

In 2016, PartyNextDoor wrote the song “Work” for Rihanna.

Rihanna confirmed last month that she was at work on new music, and teased a potential collaboration with The Neptunes.

“gang. back in the STU,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories then, sharing a photo of a soundboard in a recording studio.

During DJ Spade’s Instagram Live, Drake messaged, “Rihanna, drop R12 right now.”

Rihanna has been reportedly making generous attempts to battle the spread of the novel coronavirus. Her Clara Lionel foundation donated $5 million to support and protect “frontline health workers and marginalized communities,” according to the foundation’s website.

Earlier last week, it was announced that she donated Personal Protective Equipment, such as masks and gloves, to the state of New York to aid in its healthcare efforts.
