“I don’t know about you, I find it difficult to sleep because I’ve got a baby and a show.

“It’s general anxiety as well. Hashtag can’t sleep is doing the rounds.”

Keith went on to say he was trying to get up and “wear bright colours” to brighten up the mood amid the coronavirus lockdown.

Despite her difficulty, Steph later revealed how working from home with a baby had been an advantage.

The presenter caught up with Strictly Come Dancing professional Anton Du Beke, who has also been staying at home with his wife and their three-year-old twins.

The dancer said he had been potty training their twins while on lockdown.

Sharing how staying at home has helped her, she told the dancer: “Because I’m here all the time now, I’ve actually been able to get the baby into a sleeping pattern, which I never thought I’d be able to do.

“It’s because I’m here all the time.”

Steph announced her daughter had been born back in November.

In view of her 394,000 Twitter followers, she revealed: “Well hello world, just surfaced to let you know that we now have a daughter!
