Iced Irish Coffee

  • 2 parts Powers Gold Label
  • 3 parts quality cold brew coffee
  • 1 part demerara syrup (equal parts water and demerara sugar)
  • Whipped cream
  • Nutmeg and freshly ground espresso for garnish

Slingsby Easter Shake

  • 37.5ml Rhubarb Gin
  • 12.5ml crème de cacao
  • 150ml milk
  • 20ml chocolate sauce (recipe: three squares of dark chocolate in bowl, place inside another bowl with hot water in it. Once melted mix in 50ml double cream)

Powers County Fair

  • 2 parts Powers Gold Label
  • 1 part bitter aperitivo
  • ¾ part fresh lime juice
  • ¼ part simple syrup

Citrus Sun Tea

  • 2 parts Powers 
  • 3 parts fresh lemonade sweetened with honey
  • 3 parts unsweetened ice tea
  • Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh mind

  • 2 parts Powers Gold Label 
  • ½ part honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
  • 6 parts sparkling water
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon peel to garnish
