Iced Irish Coffee
- 2 parts Powers Gold Label
- 3 parts quality cold brew coffee
- 1 part demerara syrup (equal parts water and demerara sugar)
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg and freshly ground espresso for garnish

- 37.5ml Rhubarb Gin
- 12.5ml crème de cacao
- 150ml milk
- 20ml chocolate sauce (recipe: three squares of dark chocolate in bowl, place inside another bowl with hot water in it. Once melted mix in 50ml double cream)

- 2 parts Powers Gold Label
- 1 part bitter aperitivo
- ¾ part fresh lime juice
- ¼ part simple syrup
Citrus Sun Tea
- 2 parts Powers
- 3 parts fresh lemonade sweetened with honey
- 3 parts unsweetened ice tea
- Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh mind

- ½ part honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 6 parts sparkling water
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Lemon peel to garnish
