Gemma Collins won’t wear knickers twice and asks staff to get rid of old undies

Former TOWIE babe Gemma Collins says she is a "sinner" when it comes to her underwear, admitting that she'll never wear the same pair twice.

Once washed – after being worn – most of us would not hesitate to pop the same pair of pants on again, but when it comes to the 40-year-old Diva Forever bombshell, only fresh undies will do.

The reality star admitted that she forks out for 365 pairs of knickers to get her through one year after disliking the feel of her lingerie after it had been through the wash.

Gemma fully accepted that her behaviour was bad for the environment but insisted that she didn't just chuck out her used undergarments.

Rather than throwing away any unwanted items, the TV mogul made the admission that she tosses her panties into a draw for her "lovely assistant" to sort them all out.

During a sneak preview of Monday night's show Unforgivable, Gemma owns up to her underwear buying habit.

She says: "I don't wear the same underwear twice — it's disgusting, it's bad.

"I don't like the way they feel after a wash. I just like a fresh pair every time I go out."

Not wanting to be wasteful anymore while doing her bit when it comes to being more sustainable, the blonde promised to adapt her routine.

Gemma added: "I've got to change my ways. I'm a sinner, I'm a bad girl."

Speaking of the disposal process, the Essex star explained that she wouldn't ever pop her used undies in the bin and that her staff help to ensure that there is some order when it comes to keeping her drawers tidy.

The GC continued: "They go in a drawer.

"My lovely assistant Alexis rolls them all up."

Gemma recently made headlines after she made a grand appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race UK last week.

The GC joined judge Michelle Visage as a spectator of the Snatch Game, which saw the remaining queens impersonate celebrities to try and win a Ru Peter badge.

And while viewers had been incredible excited to see the larger than life diva on the show, many were left disappointed by her appearance, with some saying she looked "bored" on the panel.
