The home baker first put all the ingredients except the Mars Bars and Maltesers in the slow cooker.
She melted the ingredients on a high heat with the lid off and stirred every 15 minutes to ensure the chocolate didn’t stick to the bottom.
Once the hour had passed, she poured the mixture in a tin and waited ten minutes for it to cool before placing the Mars Bar pieces and Maltesers on top.
The fudge was then set in the fridge.
The social media post was well received by other home cooks who thought the dish looked delicious.
‘Might make this on Thursday,’ one person said, another added: ‘Yummo!’
Others tagged friends and family members to share the recipe further across the internet.
