DEAR DEIDRE: MY waistline has expanded while working from home during the pandemic.
I have enjoyed staying in, living in leisurewear.
I’m so fat I am beginning to waddle.
I catch my reflection in the mirror and am horrified at what I see. I’m a woman of 24.
I seem to have lost my mojo in life. I feel like a beached whale.
I just can’t seem to get into the zone to make a conscious effort to do anything about it.
I can’t fit into any of my work trousers.
