West End star Ruthie Henshall has brought a bit of razzle dazzle into the I’m a Celebrity castle, that’s for sure.
The 53 year old latecomer threw herself into entertaining her famous campmates with a dancing, joke-filled Bushtucker Trial full of rotten tomatoes and wriggling critters.
And despite feeling a bit down in the dumps on Tuesday evening’s episode, the playful star is a dab hand at putting smiles on faces.

Cheering her on at home the West End star has two teenage daughters waving the Ruthie flag.
Lily, 17, and Dolly, 15, are the spitting image of their stunning mum and they all live in a gorgeous home in Suffolk, along with a very cute dog.

Ruthie and the girls have clearly put their stamp on the space which oozes countryside glamour.
It appears the theatre star has an area set up for working from home with pro microphone and laptop in her wardrobe.

And the space has cosy vibes a’plenty, with one snap showing Lily and Dolly gathering by the fire with their cute dog.

Ruthie, real name Valentine Ruth Henshall, is a musical theatre legend who made her debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cats back in 1987.

She has also starred in Miss Saigon, Crazy For You, She Loves Me, Marguerite, Oliver!, A Chorus Line, Les Misérables, Billy Elliot and Chicago.
Aside from being on stage, Ruthie has had much success on television appearing as an actress in shows such as The Case and Law & Order, as well as being a judge for Dancing On Ice.
She wrote a book in 2012 called So You Want To Be In Musicals.

It is not known whether Ruthie is currently in a relationship, but she was married in 2004 to her West End co-star Tim Howar, however they divorced in 2010.
She has two daughters from that relationship.
Ruthie also dated the Queen's son Prince Edward for five years on and off.
Speaking of their romance on Desert Island Discs, the star said: "I think I had hopes that we could walk on in our relationship but really and truthfully I think I was very aware that I wouldn't be able to do what I do for a living if I'd have stayed with him.
