Hair today, gone tomorrow.

Kate Hudson took scissors to boyfriend Danny Fujikawa’s ponytail on Wednesday, giving him a haircut at home.

“It was time! ✂️,” the “Music” actress, 42, captioned an Instagram photo of herself standing over her shirtless beau, 34, with his long locks in one hand and a pair of sharp shears in the other.

“Seriously,” Chelsea Handler commented, while Uzo Aduba added, “WHOA!”

But not all of Hudson’s famous friends seemed to agree that Fujikawa needed a mane makeover. “Nooooooo,” Gwyneth Paltrow wrote, while Michelle Pfeiffer dropped a grimacing emoji.

Amid requests that she show off the results of the big chop, the “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” star later shared a slow-motion video of Fujikawa emerging from the pool and shaking out his shorter strands, captioned, “….and nothing was ever the same again.”

“He went from Steve Aoki to Keanu Reeves,” one fan quipped.

Hudson and Fujikawa, who share 2-year-old daughter Rani Rose, have been dating since 2016.

The actress also shares sons Ryder, 17, and Bingham, 9, with exes Chris Robinson and Matt Bellamy, respectively.
