Leeds have ‘concrete’ transfer interest in Man Utd star Dan James but Solskjaer will only sell if he lands Jadon Sancho
LEEDS have "concrete interest" in Manchester United winger Daniel James.
The Premier League new-boys initially tried to capture the Welshman, 22, from Swansea on transfer deadline day in January 2019.
He ultimately joined United six months later, but could now be allowed to leave Old Trafford this summer – should Ole Gunnar Solskjaer land top target Jadon Sancho.
And, according to Sky Sports, Elland Road would be James' most likely destination.

Transfer guru Dharmesh Sheth said: "While Manchester United are struggling to offload players, there does appear to be a concrete interest from Leeds in the winger Daniel James.
"Would United consider letting James go out on loan? Ordinarily, yes.
"The problem is that he is currently the first-choice back-up to Mason Greenwood on the right side.
"So that brings us back to Jadon Sancho, and you wonder if James will be allowed to go out on loan without Sancho or an alternative was brought into the squad.
"It would appear that he wouldn’t unless they brought in Sancho or a replacement.
"United fans are getting anxious with 12 days left to get business done.”
Leeds' failed pursuit of James was well documented on the Amazon Prime series, Take Us Home.
The documentary shows Leeds technical Director, Victor Orta visibly upset with the move falling through at the final hurdle which would have seen James join Leeds for just £10million.
The Wales international went on to join Unitedfor £18million plus add-ons at the start of the 2019-20 Premier League season.

James got off to a good start at United scoring three goals in four Premier League appearances, earning praise for his quick start to life in Manchester.
Form would later dip for the 22-year-old, as he went on a seven month goal drought before scoring in United's 5-0 Uefa Europa League win over LASK.
Question marks have been raised over James' ability to cut it at a top club like United, where he has since lost his place to 18-year-old academy superstar, Mason Greenwood.
