Maya Vander’s commute to the Oppenheim Group is going to look a little bit different when “Selling Sunset” returns to Netflix.

While the mom-of-two, 32, is excited by Netflix’s announcement that it picked up the real estate-based “docusoap” for two more seasons, she told Page Six that filming the series will be quite different — and more complex — for her than it was for Seasons 1 through 3.

Vander is currently living in Miami with her husband and two children — Aiden, almost 2, and Elle, 10 months — as her husband took a job in Florida and she turned to the Miami real estate market. (Vander had lived in Los Angeles for over 15 years before the show premiered in 2019.)

“It would be nice, honestly, if we filmed a little bit here, but I don’t know if the producer will do that,” she told us. “I wish they would actually show some Miami real estate, especially with this whole movement from California and the northeast to Florida. I’ve been super busy here, but I think I have to fly back to LA and that’s my plan.

“I’ll just fly back and forth, potentially stay there for maybe longer doing the summer. I have to still figure it out because I do have two kids now, so things are a little bit different, but I always get things done, so I’ll get this done as well.”

And for now, Vander can count on her husband to stay off-screen and help take care of everything on the home front.

“Thankfully, I have an amazing, supportive husband and we just have to bring some help in when I’m filming in L.A.,” she said. “Hopefully I can fly with them, too, but I don’t want to hop on the plane with the kids with the COVID environment. So that’s another obstacle that we are dealing with. Thankfully, I’m going to be fully vaccinated by the time we actually film, so I’m very lucky about that.”

While Vander may not be able to show off her own real estate group, The Maya Vander Group, on the show, she is looking forward to catching up with Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith and Davina Potratz in person when filming starts this spring.

She laughed, “I can’t wait to hang out with them outside the office and outside filming actually, because I feel like when the cameras are off there’s less tension.”
