Morrisons is selling a draught beer machine so you can pull pints at home

MORRISONS is selling a home draught beer machine that pours cold, fresh pints without you having to take a trip to the pub.

The Ice Master draught beer pump will be available to buy at Morrisons from tomorrow for £150.

The home machine has been released just in time for shoppers to stock up to watch the Euro 2020 games.

It has an integrated cooling system to ensure beer stays at the perfect temperature, just like how you would expect to receive a pint at the pub.

It's also designed to fit any five litre keg, so all you'll have to do to get it up and running is attach the beer, that unfortunately doesn't come included, and pour away.

Morrisons isn't selling any kegs of beer at the moment but to give you an idea, Tesco has a five litre keg of Doom Bar for sale at £15, so you might want to factor that into your spend too.

How to compare prices to get the best deal

JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that'll check prices for you – so don't be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

Here are some that we recommend:

  • Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
  • Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
  • Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
  • CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.

There's a removable drip tray included with the machine from Morrisons, so you don't have to worry about perfecting your bartending skills.

Plus, you can control the gas to determine how much fizz your pint will have, with the touch of a button.

You can't purchase the new beer pump online at Morrisons so you'll have to head in-store to pick up the bargain buy – use Morrisons store locator tool to help you find your closest one.

The pump is only on sale for a limited time and stock will be subject to availability, especially as Brits will be hurrying to buy last minute Father's Day gifts this weekend too.

You'll have to be quick to cash in on the deal, but it's always worth shopping around to see if you can spot a better bargain elsewhere.

At Klarstien you can buy a mobile beer dispenser for £140 which makes it cheaper than Morrisons by £10, plus there's free delivery but it will take at least a week to reach your door.

It works through the mains and comes equipped with an adapter for Heineken drums too, fitting the same five litre capacity as Morrisons'.

You can also buy a Fizzics beer dispenser from Menkind for £1 less than Morrisons as the draught machine is selling for £149, but it's only available to preorder at the moment.

That means it won't be dispatched until July so you'd definitely miss out on beer on-tap in your very own lounge ahead of England v. Scotland tomorrow.

You can, however, buy the exact same Ice Master make of pump from Robert Dyas for £149.99, that makes it only 1p cheaper than Morrisons but you can order it online to be delivered to your door.

You can get free standard delivery on the product if you use the code FREEDEL50 but if you want it in time for the weekend you'll have to order it before 3pm tomorrow and pay the extra £7.95 that next day delivery costs.

Meanwhile, Morrisons is also selling a mini projector so you can showcase the game on the big screen at home for £70, as well as a £50 karaoke machine for the after's celebrations.

The store is also currently running an offer on all wine over £5 as you can get 25% off the full price.

Greene King gave away FREE pints the first weekend of the Euros this year.

Lots of supermarkets are weighing in on deals for the football games too, Asda is selling two packs of beer for £20 including Stella and Peroni.

We've created a round-up of all the best offerings supermarkets and chains have released to celebrate the Euros.
