Mrs Hinch gives tips on the best way to get stains out your carpet this Christmas

Christmas can mean a lot of mess in the house and inevitable there will be the odd spill, but thankfully Mrs Hinch is here to cover our backs this December with her tips for getting stains out of carpets.

Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, shared a series of photos with her followers explaining her go to solution for removing carpet stains after milk was spilt onto her son Ronnie’s bedroom carpet.

Sharing a picture of the stain, Mrs Hinch wrote: “Well happy Monday, Removing milk spillage stain from Robs carpet which smells like sick. I’m sure you all know that smell!” [sic]

In the next photo, Mrs Hinch revealed her go to cleaning product to removed carpet stains by sharing a photo of a bottle of Dr. Beckmann stain remover.

She explained: “This is what Ive always used guys @drbeckmannuk. I’m yet to find something that can beat this! I’ve used the pet one today because I find is even better at removing that sick odour aswell as the stain of course.” [sic]

Mrs Hinch went on to explain how to use the product, adding: “It’s brilliant. You simply removed the brush, Pierce a small hole in the seal and pop the brush back on! Brush over the stain and leave for a few mins.” [sic]

Then, Mrs Hinch explained: “The use a white Damp cloth to remove! Rons room will be out of bounds today with the windows open to air this out! But stain and smell has gone.”

She then added: “So anyone looking for the best stain remover for your carpets it’s this.”

Mrs Hinch is often dealing out household tips to her 3.9 million followers. Recently, she shocked fans after revealing five items we often forget to clean.

The list included hairbrushes, toothbrushes, light switches and door handles, car steering wheels and handbag straps.

The Instagram cleaning sensation also went make up free to show fans her favourite micellar cleansing water. She revealed that she had no idea there were different types of micellar products for various skin types.

Mrs Hinch revealed that she “wasn't aware that the reason there are different types of micellar waters, is to cover different skin types”.

“It’s a case of discovering which one best suits you,” she says.

The star then shared her step-by-step for cleansing her skin using the bargain product.

To remove her make-up Mrs Hinch uses the Garnier Micellar Reusable Eco Pads, £4.45 here – applying her micellar water directly to the micro-fibre pads and sweeping the product across her face.

“They’re a lot more sustainable than cotton pads guys,” the star says. “I just chuck them in the washing machine when they’re looking a little bit too dirty – and they come out like new.”

“They’re just brilliant,” she adds.
