Ryan Giggs STILL hasn’t been able to sell his £3.5M Manchester countryside home 18 months after it went on the market – and it boasts vibrant purple rooms, swimming pool and a lavish spiral staircase

Ryan Giggs hasn’t been able to sell his £3.5 million countryside pile – despite putting it on the market 18 months ago. 

The Manchester United legend, 46, put the five-bedroom former family home in Worlsey, Greater Manchester up for sale in January 2019.

But a year and a half on, the Wales manager’s mansion is still up for grabs, with photos of the property showing it’s own pool and vibrant purple rooms.

Ryan opted for bold design touches throughout the house, including many crushed velvet carpets and one all-white room, which comes complete with a Justin Bieber cut out.

Ryan bought the property during his relationship with ex-wife Stacey in 2004. 

Following their divorce, the Class of 92 hero hopes to move out of his modern mansion, which boasts a grand entrance and winding staircase, indoor swimming pool and lavish gardens. 

When Ryan purchased the land 15 years ago he immediately demolished the property owned by the previous occupier and built the brick build which currently stands in the grounds.

Room for the kids: The future owner will have plenty of space for any little ones, including five large bedrooms and a Disney-themed playroom

The lavish property features an indoor swimming pool, which is rectangular in shape and includes a Jacuzzi at one end of the light and airy room, as well as a seating area for those who just want to recline.

The former Cardiff-born ace stayed true to his Manchester United roots with touches of red in his home, including in the huge living space, which features two large sofas and two velvet arm chairs. 

Ryan’s kitchen is equally sleek and modern, the glossy black cupboards surround a stylish island which encases a hob and breakfast bar, while looking out onto the perfectly manicured gardens.

Unsurprisingly in Ryan’s garden stand a set of goalposts, as well as a flag stoned patio area for BBQs and a quaint summer house which is situated on the lawn.

Like many influencers, Ryan indulged in crushed velvet carpets in the home, including in this bedroom which has red and blue touches

One of the neutrally-toned bedrooms houses a colossal four-poster bed, which is layered in soft furnishings, while also featuring a Louis Vuitton trunk which acts as a feature in the stark room. 

The spacious master bathroom in the property features a modern freestanding bath and an open shower, as well as his and hers sinks all in tasteful stone tones.  

Ryan settled his £40 million divorce from wife Stacey in 2017 after it was revealed he had an affair with his brother Rhodri’s wife Natasha Lever and reality TV star Imogen Thomas. 

The Wales football manager’s ten-year marriage to Stacey was dissolved in 43 seconds in August 2017. They have two children together.
