Coupons can help you save money on your food shopping and help make your cash go further. MoneySavingExpert has listed all the available deals on various food items in different supermarkets along with how to redeem them. Posting on their website, they said: “Coupons can save you a little on your groceries each week, which can add up to £100s a year.”

The first deal listed is a £2 coupon off at Farmfoods, a popular discount food retailer.

“You can get £2 off a £25 spend, £5 off a £50 spend, or £10 off a £100 spend. Don’t buy anything you don’t need to get up to the total required, but if you need to stock up on frozen fruit & veg these coupons could help.”
