This Week’s Tarot Card Wants You to Re-Evaluate Your Life
You don’t need to know the difference between a three-card and a Celtic cross spread, to get the most out of a tarot card reading. All you need: your Sun sign! Here’s what I do: Shuffle my tarot deck and pull out the cards in order from Aries to Pisces, plus one general card for everyone so that you can get specific advice around your personality. Let’s go!
A GENERAL CARD FOR EVERYONE: QUEEN OF SWORDS
We are all, essentially, on this journey through life on our own. It can be empowering to remember that we are accountable for what we do with our own lives. The Queen of Swords asks you to take responsibility for where you’re at right now, decide what you like and don’t like, and then take action. What are YOU are going to do to the good, and maybe fix up the bad. No one is going to do it for you. Time to take charge.
ARIES: JUDGMENT
You’re not a judge-y person, Aries, but the Judgment card isn’t about that kind of judgment. It’s about closing one chapter of your life, celebrating the good, atoning for the bad, and letting go of the ugly. Process it all, acknowledge your feelings, take the life lessons with you, and then mark the file “Case Closed.” It’s good to shut things down fully before you move on, and this week is the time to do it.
TAURUS: KNIGHT OF COINS
The Knight of Coins has a real Taurean vibe. It’s protective, defensive, and guarded. You keep a wall around your emotional self (and your physical stuff, too—GL to anyone who messes with your stuff!), and it’s there for a good reason. Other people can be dicks, it’s true. And you ain’t got time for that! This week, that wall will serve its purpose, keeping out some shady business that would have gotten you down. Keep the drama out!
GEMINI: SIX OF COINS
You’re a friendly soul, Gemini. You love connecting with other people, and you always help them out when you can. The Six of Coins sees you living in a good karma cycle this week, doing random acts of kindness, paying compliments, and supporting people where they need it. It all feels really good, but the even better news is that this good karma will return to you down the line in the form of unexpected opportunities, invitations, and good surprises.
CANCER: FOUR OF COINS
The Four of Coins is a red flag, signaling that you’re somehow stuck, maybe with your work, home, or health. There’s a habit or behavior that you’re repeating, despite knowing that it needs to change. Cancer, the time is NOW. Stop procrastinating. Change it up!

LEO: THE HERMIT
Leo, you thrive on being around people—you live off of others’ praise and attention. However, that is not what this week has in store for you. The Hermit shows you need some alone time right now. There are things on your mind that you don’t want to talk about just yet, because you need to process your feelings and decide what you want. Take this important time-out.
VIRGO: THE HIEROPHANT
Faith is important to you, whether that’s religious or spiritual faith, or simply the faith that there’s some good in the world. You need to believe in people, values, and your work. The Hierophant shows that you’re re-assessing some of these things, wondering whether you still believe in them like you used to. Maybe your outlook has shifted. Take a good, long look at where you invest your energy, and ask yourself if it’s going to the right places. You can make changes.
LIBRA: FIVE OF WANDS
Conflict and drama (unless it’s other people’s, that is) is a no-go in your book—you’re all about the peace and love. Sorry Libra, but the Five of Wands brings some argumentative energy into your world this week, and you need to tackle it. I’m not talking about a huge fight for no reason. I’m talking about being assertive in getting your point across, but also listening real hard to what the other person is saying. If you don’t get where they’re coming from, you can’t meet them halfway.
SCORPIO: QUEEN OF COINS
The Queen of Coins is a boss b*tch. She takes good care of herself, she looks like a million bucks, and she works hard to make sure her world is secure, comfortable, and even luxurious. This is where you want to be this week, and if you put yourself in the right place at the right time, you can make progress. Have confidence in yourself. Ask for what you’re worth, make positive changes, and look for new opportunities. Put your own needs first.
SAGITTARIUS: TWO OF CUPS
This week is basically a belated Valentine’s Day, Sag, which is great news to you because you love the thrill of the chase. It’s possible that a sexy water sign (Pisces, Scorpio, or Cancer) has caught your eye, or vice versa. The attraction and chemistry between you is instant and powerful. If you’re attached, then plan an extra special date night and expect major fireworks.
CAPRICORN: TEMPERANCE
Balance is the theme of the week ahead. Temperance hints that you’ve been overdoing it in some way. You feel off-kilter, and like you need to find an easier way of living. Take the pressure off yourself, let things flow naturally, and follow your moods and intuition. Sometimes you push yourself way too hard, and you get burned out. Prevent that scenario by finding a new normal that’s both rewarding and sustainable.
AQUARIUS: SIX OF SWORDS
People don’t expect it, but you can keep things on the DL when you have to. Aquarius, you’re ready to surprise people with a move they didn’t see coming, even though it’s something you’ve been planning for a while. It involves a departure, a change of scene, or a move onwards. There might be a tinge of sadness here, but overall, you’re more than ready to broaden your horizons. Go ahead.
PISCES: NINE OF SWORDS
Pisces, stop worrying, please! I know that’s easier said than done, but this message is coming from the cosmos, so please know that your angst and stress are unnecessary. You’re only hurting yourself. The Nine of Swords asks you to find a friend and get what’s going on inside your head out into the open. Talk it out, and watch it all evaporate.
