UFC fans convinced Kamaru Usman has been 'copying and pasting' Conor McGregor's trash talk after social media outburst

UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman has been accused by fans of 'copying and pasting' Conor McGregor's trash talk.

A fan account of the Notorious posted a clip of the Nigerian Nightmare, 34, imitating some of the Irishman's best quotes from his career.

Captioning the video on social media, the user quipped: "This what happens when you fail to promote yourself as a fighter and just decide to copy and paste instead."

In the post, you can see similarities between comments made first by McGregor, with Usman then doing his own twist.

One clip shows McGregor's classic 'red panty night' remark, with Usman then replacing it with 'green panties'.

Usman can also be seen asking whether rival Jorge Masvidal can read – something McGregor posed to Floyd Mayweather prior to their 2017 boxing bout.

Meanwhile Usman seemingly copied McGregor's 'any one of these fools can get it' line.

The video caught the attention of two-weight UFC world champion McGregor, who replied to the post by commenting a laughing face emoji.

Reacting to the upload, one supporter joked: "Conor Mcgregor – personality = Kamaru Usman."

Another said: "He's clearly been watching McGregor's videos on repeat."

A third added: "Usman has multiple personalities and one of them is Conor McGregor."

Meanwhile one quipped: "Talk about copy & paste oh my god."

Usman then took to Twitter following the video, where he roared at internet trolls.

He said: "Key word “CHAMPION” lol. All you guys just internet tough guys nowadays.

"Like I said if you really want this pressure then holla at your boy hunter."

McGregor is currently preparing for his trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier, while Usman could defend his title against Nate Diaz.
