Dancing on Ice fans were baffled to find Rebekah Vardy appear in the studio audience during the live ITV skating show – despite being locked in a High Court battle against Coleen Rooney.

The next round of the so-called Wagatha Christie hearings continued this week, but that didn't seem to stop Rebekah turning up to cheer on her former DOI skating partner Andy Buchanan.

Rebekah, 39, could be seen looking glamorous in the audience as she sat wearing a tight black top during Sunday's show (February 13).

She was seen just after Andy Buchanan had performed a romantic routine with his partner this year, Paralympian Stef Reid.

The mum-of-five starred on the thirteenth series of Dancing on Ice last year – before being eliminated in the sixth week of the show.

Eagle-eyed fans rushed to Twitter immediately as soon as they saw the reality star.

One said: "was that Rebecca Vardy? isn’t she supposed to be in court?"

A second wrote: "Why is… Vardy there"

Rebekah married Jamie on May 25 2016, and they share three kids – Sofia, Finay and Olivia.

Rebekah also has two children with footballer Luke Foster – Megan and Taylor.

Sunday's show saw Phil return to his hosting duties alongside his presenting pal Holly Willoughby – with Phil telling her he'd suffered from some serious "FOMO".

The pair also host ITV's flagship daytime show This Morning, but Phil had to miss out on both ITV shows recently when he caught Covid.

Schofield was replaced by TV star Stephen Mulhern last week, who stepped in alongside Holly on DOI whilst Phil watched along from home.

Phil spoke about his Covid isolation on This Morning, telling viewers: "A week ago I had a slightly scratchy throat for an hour which prompted me to test and it came up positive and it's been positive ever since – but I feel great.

"I’ve ploughed my way through box sets, I’ve been cooking, I’ve been wandering around thinking what should I do next, I’ve sat in the garden for about half an hour because the sun came out, but I’m locked in."

He also admitted that he'd been 'bored out of his mind' at the time.
