Judi Love has viewers in tears with heartbreaking money troubles story
Loose Women viewers were left in tears today after Judi Love shared a heartbreaking story of living with severe money troubles over Christmas.
Judi was talking with co-stars Charlene White, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore about financial management when she recalled how a kind stranger helped her during a ‘frightening’ time a few years ago.
Speaking about working on a zero hours contract job in a single-parent household and supporting two children at Christmas, Judi said: ‘Christmas came, and I had something like £87.
‘I had these two kids, I had the bills and my debts that accumulated from just trying to take care of my kids. I wasn’t out partying… I just wanted to look after my kids.’
Judi went on to say: ‘My mum had passed by then, so there was no, “Mummy, can you square me at 50” or whatever. It was just really, really frightening.’
After seeking help from a loan firm, Judi said the woman she spoke to signed up in her own name when Judi’s credit rating wasn’t strong enough to secure a loan in her own right.
‘This is the place you’d go to when you ain’t got nothing,’ Judi explained. ‘You know what this woman did? She got the loan out in her name, she gave it to me. It’s just one of those moments where you can’t believe you’re in that situation.’
The moment left some viewers feeling emotional, with some reaching out to praise Judi for her honesty.
‘I’m in complete tears… Got to love judi love. So real,’ one wrote.
‘Just when I thought I couldn’t love judi anymore, her honesty on money management really had me glued to the screen,’ another said.

‘There’s places and people that you can go to,’ she added, urging viewers to seek help.
