Will Graham McTavish return to Outlander?
Graham McTavish starred in Outlander as War Chieftain, Dougal MacKenzie.
Sadly, McTavish is not been seen in Outlander since season two in 2016
After hearing of Jamie (played by Sam Heughan) and Claire’s (Caitriona Balfe) plans to kill Bonny Prince Charlie (Andrew Gower) in the hopes of changing history and stopping the devastation that came with the Battle of Culloden, MacKenzie flew into a murderous rage and attacked Jamie and Claire.

In a successful attempt to save their lives, Jamie ended up stabbing his former friend to death.
Thankfully for Outlander fans, season two was not the last they saw of the Scottish actor.
He made a surprise cameo in Outlander season five in 2020, playing Buck MacKenzie, the illegitimate son of Dougal and Geillis Duncan (Lotte Verbeek).
Buck and his wife emigrated to America with their infant son, Jeremiah.
There has been no news of whether McTavish will reprise the role of Buck in the show’s sixth series, but judging by the books it seems unlikely.
Season six of Outlander will be loosely based on the sixth novel, A Breath of Snow and Ashes, which does not feature Buck.
However, there is some promising news for Outlander fans.
Buck does make a reappearance in book seven, An Echo in the Bone, which will serve as the basis of the upcoming seventh series.
