As she bundled gifts into a van, she told the camera: "Today's not about me.
"It’s about some amazing people that deserve appreciation, kindness and love, and we’re going to go and share it with them.
"They go above and beyond every day, they just do. So today is about acknowledging that.”
Geri met a number of NHS workers including Sara Finkel, a newly qualified Intensive Care Unit Nurse.
Sara had only been working at her hospital for three months before the coronavirus pandemic took hold across the nation.
She told Geri: "It was like war. Literally, like a battle zone.
“Nobody had a chance to stop and think. Everyone was just trying to keep people alive, minute after minute, day after day.”
Thanking Sara and all NHS staff, Geri said: "We should feel so proud that we have people like Sara in our communities and in our country. Thank you to everyone out there that has cared for us.”
