[SPOILER] Was Eliminated From ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Last Night

Much like the Little Engine That Could, Dancing With the Stars is still chugging along through this pandemic. And now we’ve *officially* started the process of eliminating the contestants based on votes from you. Yes, you!

We’ll be tracking which celebrity gets voted off each week because lord knows there’s nothing else on TV to engage with at the moment (other than The Masked Singer, shudder), but just a friendly reminder: If we, the people, can take the time to vote on DWTS, we can definitely take the time to vote in the upcoming presidential election, so I’m just gonna go ahead and casually…put…this…right…here….

Kay, without further ado, here’s who was voted off Dancing With the Stars this week:

The Fifth Elimination: Vernon Davis

Vernon Davis and Peta Murgatroyd were voted off despite Vernon doing an amazing Cha Cha, leaving Johnny Weir to dance another day:

Sigh, just gonna settle into this:

As a reminder, here’s who’s left (aka the Top 10):

The Fourth Elimination: Jesse Metcalfe

Turns out ’80s night just wasn’t meant to be for poor Jesse Metcalfe, who was voted off after an unanimous decision from judges.

On the plus side, Jesse looked great twirling around the ballroom with this hair! Love this for him!

The Third Elimination: Anne Heche

Anne Heche and Keo Motsepe ended up in the bottom two after a control room error had Tyra Banks accidentally tell Monica Aldama she was safe (she! was! not!), and poor Anne was eliminated rather abruptly as a result.

Watch ^ if you’re in the mood to feel awkward!!! And here’s the performance that sent Anne home (honestly, I thought they nailed it):

The Second Elimination: Carole Baskin

Carole Baskin and Pasha Pashkov once again ended up in the bottom two this week, along with Anne Heche and Keo Motsepe. And this time, Carole simply couldn’t save herself, bless!

Fortunately, Carol cosplaying as a lion and dancing to “Circle of Life” will stay in my head for decades:

The First Elimination: Charles Oakley

The celebrity and pro dancer pairs in jeopardy this week were Charles Oakley and Emma Slater plus Carole “Definitely Didn’t Feed My Husband to Tigers” Baskin and Pasha Pashkov. The judges made their decision based on two weeks’ worth of dancing, but here’s what they were dealing with this week:

Derek Hough ended up breaking a tie between his fellow judges by saving Carole and Pasha—meaning Charles Oakley was sent home. Bummer, but at least we’ll get to see Carole wear yet another tiger-inspired costume.

Due to not having much of a life, I’ll be updating this tracker every week. Stay tuned!
