The Simpsons fans suggest horrific outcome of a second Donald Trump presidency

While The Simpsons is known for predicting some of the biggest such as Trump's presidency and the 9/11 terror attacks, the show hoped to ensure Joe Biden would win the US Election.

This week's episode saw illustrator Matt Groening remind worldwide viewers of some of the biggest incidents from the past for years of Donald Trump's presidency.

The episode saw Homer Simpson confused as he stood in the voting booth deciding on who he wanted to see in the White House.

Making reference to the famous scenes which saw thousands of Americans pile into queues in order to vote at polling stations.

While standing in the booth seeming confused, Homer's daughter Lisa interjected: "You're hesitating over the president, Dad?

"By all that's decent, how could you forget everything that’s happened the last four years?"

Homer shortly casts his mind back to all the drastic comments made by the President as well as the controversial decisions he has made.

Examples include mocking a disabled journalist, putting children in cages and slated actress Meryl Streep.

It later goes on to list incidents such as paying just $750 in taxes, calling white supremacists "fine people", telling the public to swallow bleach, and pulling the US out of climate agreement.

However, the list leaves viewers on edge as it closes with: "And we haven't even said the worst one."

Fans were ecstatic as they took to social media to share their thoughts on the recent episode.

One fan took to Twitter saying: "Damn, really hope people don't put him back in office #taketrumpout."

A second added: "Wait so they just listed almost every major event in 2020 and we still ain't doing nothing about it?"

"What a better way to recap all the sh*t this person [Trump] has done to the world," said a third.

Another stunned fan penned: "As I stated previously are y'all ready for the purge?? #ThePurgeElectionYear #thepurge2020."

The Simpsons predicted Trump's presidency back in 2000, in an episode titled Bart to the Future.

After picking up the pieces of Trump's time in office, Lisa who became President said: "They literally thought, 'What's the silliest, most outrageous, dumbest idea for a president we can possibly think of?'

"He [Donald Trump] was doing The Apprentice at the time."
