Tokyo 2020 saw swimmer Adam Peaty create history over the opening weekend as the swimmer won a gold medal in the 100m breaststroke. The accolade marked the first time a British swimmer has ever retained an Olympic title and resulted in joyous scenes from the pool as Adam celebrated the monumental win. And he wasn’t alone in his jubilation as Ed Baxter, his pal and training partner, was left fighting back tears as he joined Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain to discuss the achievement.
