Callow Hill crash: Four arrested after boy, 4, and two women, 32, and 28, killed in horror smash | The Sun

TWO men and two teenagers have been arrested after a smash which killed a four-year-old boy and two others.

Cops rushed to the scene near the Duke William Pub in Callow Hill on the A456 at 10.15pm Wednesday night.

The collision involved a blue Ford Focus and a black Audi A7

The Ford Focus was travelling towards Kidderminster and the Audi A7 towards Rock when the collision happened.

Three people in the Ford Focus were pronounced deceased at the scene, a 32-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman and a 4-year-old boy.

Now police have revealed that they have take four people into custody.

Officers have detained three men aged 31, 25 and 18 and a boy of 17.

Police also suspect two other vehicles were also involved in the collision.

They have seized a silver Volkswagen Golf and a black Vauxhall Vectra.

Chief Insp Graham Preece said: "We know there has been some disruption in the area due to the road closure and I would like to thank people for their understanding and patience as we complete our enquiries.

"As our enquiries continue, we would ask anyone who witnessed the collision, or was on the road at the time and has dash-cam footage to please get in contact with us."

West Mercia Police said: "Four people have been arrested in connection with a collision that happened in Callow Hill on Wednesday evening.

"The collision happened at around 10.15pm on the A456 between a Ford Focus and an Audi A7, sadly three people died. Three men aged 31, 25, 18 and one boy aged 17 have been arrested and are currently in police custody.

"Officers carrying out enquiries into the collision believe two other vehicles were also involved, a silver Volkswagen Golf and a black Vauxhall Vectra have been recovered by police. The A456 remains closed as police continue to carry out enquiries into the collision.

"It is anticipated the road will remain closed until later today."
