Rudy Giuliani says Trump team checking GRAVEYARDS for names of dead Americans they think ‘voted’ in mail-in ballots

RUDY Giuliani revealed Donald Trump's team is checking graveyards for the names of dead Americans they suspect "voted" through mail-in ballots.

Trump's lawyer railed against "corruption and fraud" and claimed thousands of mail-in ballots were submitted by dead people at a public hearing on the election in Pennsylvania.

Giuliani slammed the "crooks in Philadelphia" for submitting 8,021 mail in ballots from dead people – a number the top lawyer dubbed as low count for the "crooks."

"We're checking the records of cemeteries around Philadelphia," he said, inside a Wyndham hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

The Trump campaign lawyer then told listeners: "It's probably easier for dead people to put in mail in ballots than it is to vote in person."

He added: "I know crooks very well. If you give them an inch they take a mile.

"If you give them a mile they take the whole country."

As Giuliani mentioned a couple of statistics that are being looked into, he noted 682,770 mail-in ballots in Allegany County and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were "not observed by any single Republican."

The 76-year-old attorney claimed mail-in ballots were the "primary device" used in the alleged voter fraud.

Giuliani claimed fraudulent voting also took place in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada.

He later explained that 22,686 mail-in ballots were returned on the day they were mailed, 32,591 were returned the day after they were mailed, and another 20,000 were returned before they were mailed.

Giuliani also suggested Trump might have won the state of Virginia – a state which holds 13 electoral college votes.

However, Biden won Virginia by approximately 500,000 votes.

Giuliani, however, claimed that the people speaking on Wednesday witnessed voter fraud – "which has several dimensions to it."

He condemned the allegedly invalid voting procedure that took place and the Democrats who allowed the "terrible mistake" to take place.

"This is a terrible mistake and it allowed the leadership of a party that has become pretty expert at voter fraud to really go wild," Giuliani said.

Giuliani said mail-in voting gives states a "much wider range" to cheat and slammed the "Democratic leadership of highly controlled Democrat cities, that have some history of corruption and voter fraud."

President Trump was reportedly expected to join the 12.30pm public hearing, but the trip was called off.

Despite, the president's absence, it appears he was still able to watch Giuliani at the public hearing, as he took to Twitter.

President Trump tweeted: "RIGGED ELECTION!" and "Rudy Giuliani is right now on @OANN!"

Prior to the hearing, Giuliani said in a statement: "It's in everyone's interest to have a full vetting of election irregularities and fraud.

"And the only way to do this is with public hearings, complete with witnesses, videos, pictures and other evidence of illegalities from the November 3rd election."

Meanwhile, a Pennsylvania judge has ordered the state to stop certifying its presidential votes in a win for Donald Trump's election battle.

Judge Patricia McCullough issued an injunction on Wednesday to stop the Keystone State from certification, which Governor Tom Wolf announced on Tuesday officials were doing – with Joe Biden as its winner.

It follows a Tuesday confirmation by officials that Biden had beat Trump in the commonwealth by more than 80,000 votes.

Biden was projected to win the presidential race on November 7 with the win in Pennsylvania, which has 20 electoral votes.

The state's election results show Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris with 3.46million votes.

Trump and Vice President Mike Pence received 3.38million votes and Libertarian Jo Jorgensen received 79,000.

Last week, Giuliani sweated off his hair dye while claiming he had evidence of a "centralized" Democratic voter fraud scheme in an explosive press conference.

Trump's lawyer appeared to be perspiring profusely as he shockingly accused George Soros, the Clintons and China of being behind a “conspiracy” to elect Biden.
